We are looking for a detail-oriented and trend-savvy Product Specialist to support the development, approval, and execution of innovative product lines. This role requires a strong understanding of design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will be the go-to expert for creative assets, product approvals, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate Specialized Expertise
• Stay informed on retail trends, competitive landscape, and product innovation.
• Maintain deep knowledge of all creative assets available for product development.
Drive Innovation
• Identify new product opportunities and ensure offerings remain on-trend and competitive.
Deliver on Results
• Create trend and inspiration boards to guide product development.
• Lead weekly product approval meetings, ensuring all materials and backup documentation are prepared.
• Manage the routing and tracking of submissions through MyMediaBox and email, ensuring timely reviews and approvals.
• Organize and maintain all product samples for reference and presentation.
Meet Financial Targets
• Understand and support the achievement of financial goals through strategic product planning and execution.
Communicate with Impact
• Provide clear updates to licensees and partners regarding creative assets, timelines, and changes.
• Capture and communicate feedback from product development meetings, ensuring actionable insights are shared via MyMediaBox.
Build Long-Term Relationships
• Develop strong relationships with internal commercial teams to support the product approval process.
• Serve as the primary contact for licensees regarding product approvals and creative asset inquiries.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the needs of the team

• Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and organizational skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of InDesign, Keynote, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Requisitos
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 – 4 years of experience in product development, licensing, or creative project management.
• Experience with digital asset management systems (e.g., MyMediaBox) is a plus.
• Passion for product innovation, branding, and consumer trends.
Additional Requirements:
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
