As a Product Designer for Ad Innovation at Peacock, you will have the opportunity to work on best-in-class product viewing experiences that enables the exploration of innovative advertising solutions within our core product experience. Your role will involve leading the design of innovative ad integrations, including interactive ads, shoppable moments, and other exciting explorations. As a valued member of the product design team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering premium experiences that promote continuous improvement and innovation.
• Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Design, Content Experience, you'll define, design, develop, test, and launch vivid and compelling experiences that are contextually relevant and effortlessly entertaining.
• Independently lead small- to medium-sized projects from conception to launch, driving stakeholder reviews and expert execution.
• Apply a data-driven approach to every decision you make, reducing friction and increasing engagement, all while creating a consistent, scalable user experience.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that design solutions are technically feasible and delivered on time.
• Manage multiple projects and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment without sacrificing quality.
• Maintain design standards and ensure consistency across all channels and platforms.
• Participate in design reviews and critiques and provide constructive feedback to colleagues to improve the overall quality of design solutions.
• Develop comprehensive design guidelines and supporting materials to enable all stakeholders to leverage, expand, and deploy design solutions proficiently.
• Maintain a critical eye and obsessive attention to detail.

Qualifications
• Degree in design, computer science, human factors, or equivalent work experience.
• Design professional with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as designer with ability to take critical feedback and problem solve.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Maintain a critical eye and obsessive attention to detail.
• Understanding of design systems, interaction design principles, and accessibility standards.
• An understanding of component-based design and design systems to contribute to a scalable, sustainable approach that enables speed to market, evolution, and optimization.
• Proficient in modern design and prototyping software like Figma, Sketch, Framer, Origami, etc.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with exceptional collaboration, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong portfolio of mobile, web, or TV work that clearly maps your process and articulates your design decisions.
• Deep knowledge of cross-platform usability standards and UI specifications.
• An understanding of the best design practices across different media, platforms, and devices.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excited about working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to Have:
• Experience in branding, marketing, and/or ecommerce within a product.
• Experience in developing and delivering creative strategies.
• Experience in motion, interaction design, and illustrations.
• Experience in developing design guidelines for external teams to scale design languages and systems
