Universal Pictures Home Entertainment (UPHE) Digital Distribution oversees the transactional film and television businesses including PVOD, PEST, EST and VOD for Universal Pictures, Focus Features, Illumination, DreamWorks Animation and independent studios. The primary role of the Associate will be to support day-to-day operational workflows to ensure UPHE's Digital content is licensed and serviced while tracking asset availability and delivery to retailers on established timelines. Additionally, the Associate will support the Operations Manager in managing projects, onboarding new retailers, and supporting system development efforts with the goal of creating process efficiencies. This role will also work closely with Release Planning and Account Management teams on understanding release strategies to foster alignment in managing releases across operational teams.

Responsibilities
• Manage communication across multiple teams to monitor asset availability, facilitate licensing, and oversee delivery timelines through supply chain
• Coordinate closely with retailer operations to execute title release strategies
• Act as primary point of contact to mitigate operational issues
• Contribute to operational KPIs by tracking title release data
• Support Operations Manager with special projects, systems-driven and manual process improvements, retailer onboards, backfills, and gap solutions
• Assist in operational execution of marketing and retailer-specific initiatives

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Associates degree preferred
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Excel
• Ability to work under pressure
