Job Description
The Media Operations Engineer will play a key role in supporting the technology workflows and infrastructure related to the playout and distribution of NBCUniversal channels across the LATAM region. This position will assist in documenting operational workflows, maintaining daily communication with internal stakeholders and external partners, and supporting the Operations & Technology team in the execution of media-related projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a solid foundation in broadcast and media technologies.
Qualifications
Maintain daily communication with playout and distribution facilities to ensure operational continuity
Partner closely with the Operations & Technology team to support workflow design and process building
Document current workflows and recommend new processes and operational changes when needed for the Technology and Operations team
Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating operational needs into actionable solutions and updates.
Support the implementation and testing of new media technologies and infrastructure upgrades
Facilitate clear and consistent communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on technical and operational matters
