Job Description
Responsibilities

This individual participates in the day-to-day operations of Financial Contract Administration and Reporting group. As member of the Residuals team, they will assist in a wide range of residuals matters concerning all segments of the NBCUniversal production, including supporting all Guild and residuals reporting obligations, IT projects (enhancements, requirements, testing), Finance team modeling, and claims research. This is a fast-paced environment which interfaces with teams in the US and internationally, and with opportunities for growth.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Manage and review Residuals team requirements and documentation for Paris modernization project
• Optimize Upload Processes
• Oversee Upload training, reconciliations, data assessment
• Develop automation tools for assessing data integrity
• Partner and engage with data & document providers (external and internal)
• Oversee and expedite set-up team data & document gathering, as needed
• Manage Invoicing and Billing Procedures
• Partner with Executive Director as Paris Super User, including ongoing IT Requirements & Testing,
• Manage Residuals Department Role related to TV Ultimates and Amortization, UK Equity Obligations
• Partner with VP on Estimates, Theatrical Acquisitions Modeling, BA/Legal Deal Reviews, Guild Claims Assessment
• Perform Negotiations and Audit Support Data Gathering (BI/SSRS reporting)
• Training on new tools and for new staff members
• Liaison assignments, as required

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3 Years of experience managing Residuals Processes
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships and successfully interact with senior leadership and staff at all levels
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office, including good working knowledge of Excel

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $95,000-$105,000
