Job Description

Meet Peacock, NBCUniversal's fast growing streaming service that combines timeless shows and movies, exclusives and originals, kids programming and current hits, with timely news, sports and pop culture.

This position is a part of the Decision Sciences team with a charter to provide valuable insights that enable data-driven decision making. The team is continuously tasked with calibrating learnings to inform how Peacock can best drive business growth through Partnerships.

This position will provide the analytical backbone for partnership deals and offers across the entire deal cycle for Enterprise & Marketing partnerships. Additionally, this position will provide critical forecasts, analyses, and insights to inform Peacock's device offer strategy.

The role will be highly visible and cross-functional, working closely with Partnerships, Forecasting, Finance, Data, Marketing, Product and PMO stakeholders.

Selected candidates will be required to complete an assessment through the interview process.

Day-to-day:
• Develop in-depth understanding of deal constructs to best assess business impact
• Query and analyze complex data sets to provide advanced analytical support, developing KPI's for assessing success
• Deep dive on partnership performance & contextualize learnings; provide actionable insights & recommendations to the broader organization
• Conduct postmortem analyses, use learnings to calibrate future deal & offer strategy
• Forecast subscriber impact and efficacy for partnerships, translate impact into business plans
• Oversee device offer measurement strategy and reporting requirements for performance evaluation, working cross functionally with product, engineers, and data product owners
• Partner across the organization to assess media & brand impact of partnerships
• Build, improve and maintain reports and dashboards of partner specific performance metrics to democratize data trackage and help inform cross-functional stakeholders
• Work cross functionally with Partnerships, Decision Science, Finance, PMO and Product

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• 4+ years of relevant experience in insights, analytics, or research
• Experience creating visually compelling PowerPoint presentations telling high impact narratives with data
• 2+ years of analytical experience working with large, complex data sets and analytical tools
• Proficiency with SQL (additional programming languages a plus: R, Python, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency with Tableau (or equivalent data visualization tools)
• Forecasting and/or financial modeling experience
• Strategic thinker with ability to derive actionable conclusions and recommendations from data
• Team oriented and collaborative with an aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong sense of curiosity, accountability, and ability to execute projects of all sizes with vision & purpose
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or other relevant quantitative fields

Desired Characteristics:
• Prior experience with Direct to Consumer or Streaming business a plus

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Details
Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000 Per Year ($ USD)
