We are looking to hire a critical member of our team who will be responsible for providing senior leadership with crucial information to inform Peacock's enterprise partner strategy as well as Peacock's distribution forecasting.

This role will sit within the Insights & Analysis arm of Peacock's Partnerships organization, a group which analyzes internal and external data and shares insights to enhance the strategic decision-making process. The team is looking for a Manager who is proficient in analyzing 1st party performance and 3rd party market level data and has an enate ability to synthesize findings into actionable insights and conclusions. Additionally, the team is seeking someone with superior financial modeling, forecasting and strategic thinking skills as the role will be tasked with facilitating the greenlighting process of Enterprise Partnership execution.

This role will be highly cross functional, working closely with Decision Sciences, Forecasting, Finance & Marketing to ensure the right insights and intelligence is shared. The Manager will report to the team's Director of Strategy & Insights.

Day-to-Day:
• End-to-end ownership of Peacock's Device & Billing Platform subscriber & usage forecast
• Develop, enhance, and maintain a bottoms up subscriber forecast for enterprise & marketing deals
• Lead on reporting & ad-hoc updates to provide business & partner leadership performance updates
• Drive strategic assessments (including market & competitive analysis) and deliver critical insight and recommendations for prospective partnership opportunities
• Own OKR forecasting for Enterprise and Brand Partnership deals, providing recurring updates on how we are pacing towards stretch targets to team leadership
• Report, as needed, on Partnership metrics and serve as KPI expert distilling actionable insights from business trends
• Stay up to date on all partnerships; communicate critical deal updates & performance implications to our business forecasting & finance teams
• Provide subscriber impact analysis for key partnership feature launches (e.g., discounted offers) & communicate impact to the business
• Contribute analysis towards key meetings & department deliverables, including team's monthly insights presentation

Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000

Qualifications
• 3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, finance/strategy, direct-to-consumer subscription, investment banking or similar fields (streaming/media background preferred)
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and pivot based on evolving priorities
• Proven ability to parse data into compelling presentations which drive actionable insights
• Proven quantitative and analytical skills, including prior financial modeling/forecasting experience
• Prior experience driving market sizing, market assessments & competitive benchmarking
• Team player who enjoys both working independently and values being part of a unit
• Exceptional Excel & PowerPoint skills

Desired Characteristics
• Strong interest and/or experience in the media industry, specifically in streaming video
• Passionate about the numbers, with a keen eye for detail, and puling insights from vast quantities of data
• Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize data and complex information, and present succinctly to executives and stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinking with strong intellectual curiosity
