Job Description
Role Purpose: We are seeking a Manager to join the Original Content Strategy & Finance team in the Entertainment Group of the NBCUniversal TV & Streaming division. The Manager will focus primarily on greenlights and financial analyses for NBC, USA, and SYFY. This team sits at the intersection of Content, Strategy and Finance and acts as the key liaison between the Creative Executives and Finance teams.
Responsibilities
• Perform financial greenlight analyses across the NBC, USA and SYFY networks that inform decisions and guide the strategic direction of these platforms
• Build robust analytical tools that measure content performance and investment decisions, and maintain profitability databases for content on NBC, USA and SYFY
• Collaborate with groups across the organization, including Creative (Development and Currents), Scheduling, Research, Prod Ops, Programming Finance, Ad Sales, and Business Affairs to obtain necessary inputs for analyses and memorialize greenlight decisions
• Partner with the Studio Finance team to create holistic enterprise-level P&Ls by calculating and providing historical, current, and future KPIs (sales, cost, margin, ratings) for all USG series
• Gather information from various sources and synthesize into presentations that summarize complex ideas to actionable solutions for senior management
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience with success in financial management and analysis
• Accuracy, attention to details and deadlines required
• Flexible solutions-oriented self-starter who can adapt to the evolving business landscape
• Excellent organizational skills, communicator, and team player
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a highly collaborative environment
• Advanced knowledge and experience with complex financial modeling and analyzing large amounts of data
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA, MBA; experience in entertainment & media a plus

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
