The Manager, Omnichannel & Entertainment is an outstanding creative professional that reporting into Director Creative Strategy, will be fundamental in managing a creative hub responsible to produce 360 marketing assets and campaigns for Telemundo, Telemundo OneApp, and TPlus. Must have extensive experience managing teams and executing multi-platform projects and campaigns to promote streaming services and titles, linear priorities, as well as, off-air, digital, social and CRM. Should also have extensive knowledge in creative social strategy, marketing of streaming services, digital platforms / apps and emerging technologies.

Job Duties
• Supervises creative team in the execution of creative strategies for paid and non-paid media campaigns across platforms, including social, digital, linear, off-air, streaming, amongst others.
• Effectively supervise project timelines understanding prioritization, resources, tasks, personnel, and tracks budget to ensure delivery on time.
• Working hand-in-hand with operations in negotiations with external partners and agencies.
• Serve as liaison in communication and creation of assets that supports the digital distribution and licensing team.
• Leverage research and insights to identify and target relevant demographics optimizing creative materials.
• Leads creation of materials that will drive new users and will foster long-term relationships with current users/fans.
• Be the voice of the team when working with multiple departments such as Omnichannel, Peacock, Marketing, PR, Graphics, Digital, Programming, Studios, Operations and Creative leaders in order to align messaging and provide strategic guidelines.
• Facilitates brainstorm sessions within creative hub and internal teams.
• Point of contact when working with in-house and out-of-house talent.
• Constantly researches industry trends and stays up-to-date with industry trends.
• Ability to assist and be creative supervisor in the production of live action shoots.
• Works closely with Production team to ensure high-quality, cost effective and on-time outcome, regarding production of live action shoots.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum of 5 of experience at a streamer, network, brand or creative agency marketing direct-to-consumer products
• Demonstrated creative management abilities
• Strong organizational and project management
• Solid background in social media
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent creative and copywriting skills across platforms in Spanish and English
• Consistent track record of creating and presenting senior management-level presentations
• Strong understanding of the production process from conception, pre-production to post-production for multiplatform campaigns and sustaining efforts.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising the creative of original shoots for campaigns working closely with the Operations / Production team.
• Experience managing a team in a creative environment; possesses strong communication skills, team management and team building skills
• Strong production and creative presentation skills.
