Job Description
Summary: The Manager, Multi-Platform Planning will be responsible for account management, maintenance, and execution of sports betting and emerging platforms partnerships across digital, linear, and audio platforms throughout NBCU. They will lead the day-to-day deliverable, provide key information and insights to the Sports Partnership Development leadership, and ensure that all campaign processes are executed effectively and efficiently.

• Lead account maintenance efforts across linear, digital, and emerging platforms for sports betting partnerships
• Coordinate creative trafficking across multiple divisions at NBCU for sports betting partnerships
• Assist Director, SPD/Digital Sales in partnership management for sports betting partners
• Assist in legal/standards adherence for sports betting partnerships across NBCUniversal
• Manage cross-divisional relationships to ensure strategic sports betting partnership delivery
• Coordinate with finance on pricing and planning for sports betting category
• Oversight of all post-sale campaign pacing and delivery
• Rolling out pertinent information and documentation throughout on consistent basis
• Manage reporting across divisions at NBCU for key stakeholders across the company
• Participate in Manger level meetings to discuss potential process improvements to provide better delivery to partners

• 3+ years on a media planning team. Preferably with a lean towards digital media
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large volume of projects with tight deadlines from conception to completion
• Understanding of multi-platform media campaigns
• Pre/Post Sale Deliverables Expert
• Understanding of ad serving platforms
• Strong skills throughout Microsoft Office Suite (specifically in Excel)
