Job Description
Responsibilities
The Manager, Global Finance & Planning will manage cash flow and Headquarters' P&L for the Universal Brand Development Division. The role will partner with internal Headquarter groups (Legal, Communications, Audit, HR), Consumer Products, Gaming, and Controllership teams to manage forecast and budget objectives. The qualified candidate must be able to multi-task, balance priorities and deliver on a timely and accurate manner.
Support the FP&A team in the budgeting, consolidations and financial reporting of the Free Cash Flow and Headquarters' P&L for the Budget, Forecast and Quarter end cycles:

Cash Flow
• Manage the Free Cash Flow model and partner with accounting & IT to develop the forecast and track it against actuals
• Drive simplification and automation by improving use of and integration of SAP, MicroStrategy, and internally developed systems (RSG, TBT)

Headquarters' P&L and Headcount
• Own and maintain the Headquarters' P&L detail COS and overhead supporting schedules
• Support the Cost teams of the centralized functions (Legal, Communications, Audit, HR) by providing updates/reports on Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast
• Manage the Global Brand Development's Headcount and partner with the LOBs and HR to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
• Develop standards and best practice across all teams

General Finance Support
• Assist in the preparation of senior management presentations for the Budget, Forecast, Quarter End and Park's financial reviews cycles
• Facilitate the Quarter End process and reporting to the Parks and Film groups
• Assist in the preparation of the Parks and Film deliverables and be the FP&A liaison with the HQ teams
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of Financial, Planning & Analysis work experience

Desired Characteristics
• Cash Flow modeling experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel including modeling
• Strong experience with SAP required
• Must be accurate, highly organized with great attention to detail
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments and work well under pressure
• Proactive approach to problem solving including analytical and information system skills
• General accounting knowledge preferred
• Able to take initiative and lead projects
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in this fast- paced environment
