Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Manage Sports/Olympics e-commerce merchandise store with merchandise vendor including:
• Coordinate day-to-day communication with Sports/Olympics merchandise vendor
• Analysis of inventory including tracking sales, royalty, and placing reorders
• Development of new product
• Facilitate marketing efforts and ideas including; e-blast timings and focus, social marketing group efforts; work in tandem with the NBC Sports marketing timeline
• Assess logo development and approve use of all NBC Sports and Olympics logos on merchandise and promotional product samples
• Submit NBC Olympics marketing materials and creative through the IOC/USOC and IPC approvals system
• Track approvals and route feedback in a timely manner
• Manage Olympic merchandise budget
• Facilitate the ordering, approvals and distribution of Nike product for approximately 3,000 talent, crew and client; track all orders and deliveries to approximately 4-5 locations using spreadsheets
• Coordinate production merchandise needs on-site at the Olympic Games
• Assess Olympic talent and crew wardrobe needs for future Game
• Manage day-to-day relationship and communication with Olympic apparel provider
• Reconcile invoices and bill backs post Games with finance
• Work within Olympic database to collect sizing information for crew and pull reports to manage fulfillment with shipping vendor
• Oversee the Olympic Pin Program
• Work with Art department to create pin designs
• Help affiliates place custom pin orders
• Manage all invoices and billbacks
• Liaise with NBCU and Sports departments regarding merchandise special order needs for promotional and marketing purposes, employee gifts, executive gifts
• Create and ship merchandise kits for Golf tournaments throughout the year
• Support with the onboarding of 25+ At Home and Olympic host city Hair/Make-Up and Wardrobe personnel
• Upload contact profiles, coordinate offer letters, send credentials, answer any questions that may arise
• Assist with Talent wardrobe shipments
• Coordinate and fulfill additional product agreements
• Perform additional operational tasks as needed by department

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Must have at least 5 years' experience managing large scale events; specifically the coordination/management of gift and/or apparel distribution
• Thorough knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Travel required including being on-site for two months at the Olympic Games
• Experience collaborating across an organization and working with diverse personalities and levels an asset

• Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
