The Manager of Fan Engagement leads the planning of the email and push campaigns for Peacock original shows and exclusive content, with the goal of audience engagement and retention to build excitement and demand for Films & Library.
• You will own the CRM strategy for Films & Library working with the Peacock brand strategy and Films teams to ensure content is promoted to relevant audiences and positioned in line with the communication strategy.
• Work with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute marketing campaigns for Films & Library, across email and mobile channels. Create briefs in alignment with brand and synergy teams to determine CRM support for programming.
• Work closely with the CRM operations and editorial teams to define campaigns and create a monthly CRM calendar. Plan both ad hoc calendar-based campaigns and lifecycle campaign inclusion for Films & Library.
• Generate creative, compelling, and succinct copy for email subject lines and preheaders.
• Liaise with the audience management team to determine right message, right time, right audience, right channel in alignment with overall CRM calendar.
• Analyze KPIs on an ongoing basis to ensure that campaigns are maximizing return to Peacock and usage on platform.
• Seek and develop innovative testing ideas and strategies that leverage identified opportunities as well as changing consumer behavior. Works with brand strategy, product, design, and editorial teams to bring programs to life.
• Create test plans for optimization of messaging and cross-channel communication with push/in app and retention paid media

Qualifications
• 3-4 years direct marketing experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a high regard for attention to detail.
• Experience driving engagement with a subscription product preferred, with a focus on digital subscriptions.
• Track record for successfully driving digital audience/customer growth and revenue through CRM or other digital marketing channels.
• Excellent organizational and critical thinking capabilities, particularly in the stewardship of balancing multiple simultaneous audience/programming strategies.
• Exceptional project management and demonstrates exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, balance stakeholder needs, and adapt to last-minute changes.
• Out of the box thinker, excited to find new and exciting ways to engage with subscribers through CRM
• A passion for streaming and pop culture.
• Experience marketing entertainment brands and content.

Desired Characteristics
• BS/BA in Marketing or related field
• Experience working within multi-channel campaigns
• Experience with video streaming (OTT) or subscriptions services is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You thrive in a startup environment reaching out to cross-functional teams to push CRM priorities forward.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 (bonus & long-term incentive eligible)
