Job Description
Responsibilities

The Manager, Digital Product & Ad Tech is responsible for taking ownership of a range of products, and will facilitate bringing innovation to market, as well as provide support, maintenance and ongoing improvement/development of all digital products with a special focus on the digital ad technology that is implemented within the portfolio. The Manager, Digital Product & Ad Tech will facilitate, plan, manage, and lead internal stakeholders, vendors and external teams on a variety of projects.

Job Duties
• Manages a variety of projects that includes providing analysis and presenting project plan, scope, and risks
• Guides team members in the execution of project activities
• Leads project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Establishes recurring working group and status meetings to track milestones, risks and tasks
• Owns and leads the product training(s), maintenance, and optimization process
• Ensures timely communications and educates internal and external stakeholders on tech requirements, development progress and project timelines
• Manages Ad Tech stack and platform architecture definition, execution, evolution and new features
• Leads Ad Tech stack integrations (DSP, DMP, SSP, ad servers, site analytics) across all brands and properties
• Acts as the primary point of contact for project issues and/or troubleshooting in regards to Ad Tech platform integrations
• Responsible for troubleshooting on ad stack implementation
• Establishes best practices, priorities, processes and procedures for Ad Ops and Programmatic Teams
• Supports contract negotiation with Ad Tech vendors and trains internal teams on new Ad Tech capabilities
• Creates and maintains reports for executives and stakeholders
• Works under the direct supervision of the Director, Digital Product Strategy and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 4 years of digital product management experience that includes designing, developing, and delivering digital products
• Minimum 4 years of managing a digital ad technology ecosystem
• Must have experience working with GAM360 and FreeWheel
• Speaking Spanish a plus (both written and verbal)
• Exhibits advanced knowledge in ad serving technology, and programmatic landscape
• Proficient in usage of technological devices and programs such as Microsoft Office, and application development is a plus

Additional Job Requirements:
• Open to working remotely
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice (if applicable)
• Must have a valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Must be ''on call'' 24 hours a day / 7 days a week (if applicable)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID_19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.

Desired Characteristics
• Prior experience with application development strongly preferred
• Prior experience with project management strongly preferred
• Prior experience in a role on a cross-functional team with successful product ownership demonstrating strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dead-line driven and rapidly changing environment
• Accustomed to working in a team and collaborating with all levels within the organization
• Effective self-starter with the proven ability to manage and deliver business projects effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exhibits passion for digital products, it's inner workings and how people use them
• Exhibits passion for new media distribution, digital monetization, and keeping up to date with emerging platforms and the latest technology trends
