Job Description

Responsibilities
The Manager is responsible for helping to ideate, present and run point on executing multi-platform partnerships across linear, digital and social platforms that connect NBC's advertising clients to the network's scripted programming properties. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Creative Partnerships, NBC Entertainment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with the Sr. Director, Creative Partnerships to identify opportunities and craft presentation materials for innovative ad sales solutions that tap into NBCU's extensive marketing platform
• Manage the execution of all sold partnerships
• Liaise with NBCU stakeholders, including but not limited to Ad Sales, Programming, Consumer Marketing, Business Affairs, Legal, Portfolio Creative Partnerships, Digital and Strategic Partners, Publicity, Research, Finance, etc. and external entities (production companies, clients, media and creative agencies, etc.) to communicate client goals and secure requisite input/approvals for partnership creative
• Oversee all status documents, including production timelines and meeting agendas
• Assess and evaluate all creative product and materials to ensure brand objectives and quality standards are met
• Supervise drafting of all legal deal memos, partnership grids and other tracking materials
• Collaborate with Research and Trade Marketing to craft pre and post-sales materials, including pitch and recap decks, e-blasts, case studies, sizzle reels and award show submissions
• Lead the development of strategic social and digital campaign activations across all partnership opportunities
• Track partnership budgets and invoice requests with NBC Finance and Ad Sales
• Oversee the success of the Creative Partnerships Specialist/Coordinator and their responsibilities
• Handle special projects as needed by the NBC Creative Partnerships team at large

• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends when necessary, with short notice
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older

• Strong interpersonal and management skills – ability to lead interdepartmental teams and influence internal and external clients
• Experience and extensive knowledge working with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, emerging social and digital platforms and developing trends
• Thorough knowledge of brand and media marketing, the sales process and media in general, as well as advertising within the Digital eco-system
• Excellent writing skills including presentation development
• Thorough knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. and presentation proficiencies
• Creative thinker – ability to generate ideas and new concepts/positioning as it relates to the advertiser product/brand. Proven experience writing and delivering pitches. Enjoys being a part of the creative development process
• Strong written and oral communication skills – ability to communicate clearly and effectively and analyze data to develop strong selling story; experience pitching directly to clients
