Data is part of the DNA at Peacock. The Experimentation team at Peacock is responsible for making an impact using data, tracking progress towards goals and to continuously informing product development through high quality analysis and well-designed experiments.
The Lead, Product Analytics & Experimentation role will focus on supporting our product, design, engineering and editorial stakeholders to increase the velocity and complexity of experiments that they launch to improve the customer experience. This involves all aspects of the experiment lifecycle spanning hypothesis generation, sample size calculations, test design and ultimately analyzing results to provide actionable insights. The Lead will also partner with other data and decision science teams to share best practices and continuously improve statistical methods of how we analyze and share experiment results.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Drive experimentation strategy and consult with stakeholder teams in order to directly impact the company's business objectives and product goals
• Manage an experimentation roadmap in collaboration with Product and Marketing stakeholder teams, translating business requirements into well designed and properly measured experiments
• Performing segmentation analyses and statistical modeling on user attributes, content personalization, marketing attribution to inform further testing opportunities
• Developing reporting dashboards and visualizations in order to streamline the experimentation process and to present insights to key stakeholders
• Communicate insights, vision and strategy with executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Present research on statistical methods and provide training on experimentation topics for stakeholder teams
• Foster a culture of execution excellence and analytical rigor
Qualifications
• 5+ years of applied experience in experimentation at an eCommerce, social network, direct to consumer, media entertainment or similar tech company
• BA/BS in technical or quantitative disciple or significant relevant work experience
• Experience with experiment design and platforms (i.e. in house built, Optimizely, split.io, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge of statistics and analytical concepts
• Coding skills for analytics and data analysis (Python, R, SQL, etc.)
• Experience in using data to drive product decisions and change opinions

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
