Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist with the administrative duties of the Reporting group, including tracking returned statements and updating the Electronic Reporting portal
• Gather and review the necessary documentation to set up vendors and update existing ones
• Enter and maintain accurate vendor information across several databases
• Communicate with vendors and other 3rd parties re: tax forms, AP requirements and other payment issues
• Prepare payment requests based on contractual obligations and participation reporting
• Establish and maintain communication with various departments to obtain required information for statement analysis and issue resolution
• As knowledge base of Contract Reporting grows, analyst will assist in the research, analysis, and review of Home Video, Theatrical and Television Participation Statements
• Perform Special Projects as needed
Qualifications
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Math or relevant work experience
• Interest in Entertainment Finance
• Knowledge of Excel and SAP preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Additional Requirements:
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
