Job Description

Job Purpose

The Finance Analyst will support commercial finance activities for the Global Advertising & Partnerships division, delivering accurate reporting, analysis and insight to support business decisions. The role will focus on weekly and monthly sales reporting, partnering with teams in multiple international locations across sales, finance, strategy and operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Partner with account directors to build weekly advertising sales pipeline reporting for leadership
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of actuals ensuring monthly reconciliations to brand P&Ls
• Deliver ad hoc analysis on key client and agency partnerships, and to support new growth initiatives
• Provide timely and accurate data & insights to support key financial planning cycles (monthly flash, quarterly forecast, annual budget)
• Support the Senior Finance & Director and Finance Manager to improve, adapt and automate processes in a fast changing business environment

Qualifications

Qualifications
• ACA/CIMA Qualified/Part qualified or equivalent qualification.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to quickly pick up and improve processes.
• Advanced excel skills, with the ability to work with large data sets.
• Template creation and consolidation
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Flexible and adaptable with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a similar role within the media industry ideal but not essential
