Job Description
Role Purpose:
The Director, Strategy & Analytics, Labor Relations is responsible for developing and implementing economic strategy for collective bargaining negotiations and related litigation matters.

• Develop economics strategy for collective bargaining negotiations
• Analyze and share data on historical trends and past negotiation
• Influence the decision-making process in upcoming negotiation strategy based on data analysis
• Create and present decks of analytical findings and negotiation outcomes
• Act as point-of-contact for various finance and audit teams, in order to guide their processes as affected by negotiation outcomes
• Lead integration of analytics in decision-making process and automate current workflows
• Ad-hoc financial and collective bargaining analysis as needed

Basic Qualifications:
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or similar field
• Degree/Certificate/Formal training in data analytics
• Prior work experience in entertainment and/or labor analytics
• Experience in developing and reporting business performance metrics, trends and analysis
• Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
