Job Description
• As Director, Strategic Growth, you will be responsible for developing and owning the long-term roadmap for product strategy, pricing, and customer acquisition across GolfPass and Fandango FanClub subscription products. This role will lead cross-functional efforts to identify new customer segments, shape product-market fit, and build models that drive sustainable member growth and profitability. The ideal candidate blends deep acquisition marketing expertise with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset focused on scalable impact.
In this role, you will be a part of the larger NBC Sports Next and Fandango Direct-to-Consumer team, leading strategy and expertise in product acquisition performance.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Roadmapping
• Define and own the long-term marketing roadmap for the acquisition of product strategy and pricing.
• Identify and prioritize new target audiences and market opportunities, validating product-market fit through research, data, and testing.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance & Revenue, and BI to align roadmap priorities with company goals.
• Create defined strategies based on performance goals to align with budget goals.
Acquisition Product Strategy
• Lead go-to-market planning for new and existing products focused on acquiring new users.
• Develop audience segmentation frameworks and lifecycle strategies that optimize targeting and growth.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on product messaging, positioning, and performance metrics.
Pricing Strategy & Optimization
• Working closely with the Revenue team, own end-to-end pricing strategy, including model development, testing, and iteration.
• Use SQL and data analysis to evaluate pricing performance, customer behavior, and profitability.
• Continuously refine pricing based on market signals, A/B tests, and customer feedback.
Analytical & Data-Driven Decision Making
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze large data sets to inform strategy.
• Monitor acquisition KPIs, pricing elasticity, CLTV, and conversion across products and channels.
• Work with BI analysts to build models, dashboards, and reports to provide visibility into acquisition and product-specific performance.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Attention to detail in evaluating performance trends, identifying wins as well as misses and resolving issues quickly
• Reporting and presenting on performance with expertise to varied executive audiences
• Representing GolfPass, FanClub and DTC as a strong communicator, with the ability to articulate your point-of-view, engage in fact-based discourse, collaborate, compromise, and bridge gaps across teams and stakeholders at every level
• Reports to Sr. Director, Growth & Member Marketing
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably working in product development, lifecycle management, subscription services, product marketing, or related industries
• Able to effectively communicate the business story using data-driven insights
• Able to prioritize multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative corporate environment that adapts as business needs change
• Able to lead cross-functional projects to move priorities forward to meet goals
• Strong business acumen with a desire to develop and build new programs and processes
• Leadership-minded, self-motivated, and driven to promote products and exceed goals
• A critical thinker who can use analytical skills to identify and solve problems strategically
• Experience working with technical teams and providing business requirements
• SQL experience with a strong grasp of data analytics and business intelligence tools (eg, Looker, Tableau, GA4, Excel), with the ability to concisely present results and provide actionable next steps
• Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, audience segmentation, and go-to-market planning
• Energetic self-starter passionate about professional integrity and excellence with a positive attitude

Desired Characteristics:
• Experience building or collaborating on revenue forecasts, financial models, or LTV:CAC frameworks to inform growth strategy and optimize budget allocation
• Track record of shaping and evolving product-market fit through data-driven insights, customer research, and financial modeling
• Comfortable owning product-level P&L, forecasting member growth and retention scenarios to inform strategic bets and roadmaps
Additional Job Requirements
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the Orlando office, a minimum of three days per week.
• Must be willing to work in the Orlando, FL office
