Job Description
The high-growth digital Partnerships team is seeking an experienced professional to join as the Director, Publisher Partnerships, Ad Sales. We're looking for an exceptional, results-oriented individual who uniquely combines the interpersonal skills to act as a primary liaison between NBCU and our third-party supply partners, with the quantitative skills to analyze and grow the business. The Director, Publisher Partnerships, Ad Sales will oversee yield management with our video advertising inventory supply sources (e.g. FAST channels, connected TV platforms), managing our inventory demand and regularly analyzing and optimizing our supply partners and waterfall to maximize delivery, performance and margin. The Director, Publisher Partnerships, Ad Sales will identify new supply sources and growth opportunities and work cross-functionally within NBCU and with partners to enhance our offering and drive rapid revenue growth
• Manage NBCU's monetization partnerships with supply partners as well as the vendor relationships required to support such monetization
• Cultivate strong relationships within partners' organizations in order to identify, initiate and lead growth strategy initiatives and remove roadblocks
• Analyze the performance of each partner and regularly optimize the relative priority of supply sources to ensure full delivery and optimal performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve existing business operations, ensure seamless execution of new initiatives and develop go-to-market strategies and execution plans needed to drive rapid revenue growth
• Identify and track key performance indicators to measure success and drive progress
• Communicate the vision and status of strategic initiatives to senior executives and coworkers at all levels of the organization
• Operationalize new partner products and capabilities with partners and within NBCU; chart operational processes and educate the broader sales team on new offerings
• Use and maintain an understanding of key ad sales, planning and financial systems (e.g. Salesforce, NBCU Internal budgeting systems) and tools
• Keep abreast of technology/media industry trends and market conditions

• MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• 5+ years of experience directly working in media/advertising at a leading entertainment corporation, agency, technology platform and/or DSP, SSP or ad network.
• Exceptional analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
• Willingness to work overtime
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
