Job Description
Our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) portfolio is a powerhouse collection of consumer-first brands, supported by media industry leaders, Comcast, NBCUniversal and Sky. This role reports to the VP, Product.

Primary Focus

Drive and develop strategic product partnership and relationship management between Peacock Commerce Product and our international syndication partners - SkyShowtime and Showmax.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, grow, motivate and mentor Account Managers - provide strategic direction, thought leadership, and idea inspiration
• Maintain a deep understanding of syndication partner business and strategic goals in order to define areas of opportunity and roadmap prioritization
• Serve as the principal point of contact between syndication partners and the Peacock Commerce Product leads
• Inform syndication partner business strategy from a Commerce product perspective
• Understand, influence and manage syndication partner requests and expectations
• Align with Commerce Product Management around roadmap priorities and timelines
• Continuously engage with syndication partner stakeholders, ensuring we are meeting strategic product and business objectives and addressing concerns
• Maintain fluid communication and alignment between parties
• Build rapport, earn trust and inspire confidence
• Create a culture of support, honesty and transparency

Qualifications
• Ability to navigate complexity, thrive in ambiguity and remain adaptable
• Excellent listening, collaboration and facilitation skills with an ability to develop and maintain solid, enduring relationships
• Ability to inspire and coach teams
• Clear, succinct communication and comprehensive documentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to prioritize multiple business requests
• Self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented and well-organized
• Ability to problem-solve and think orthogonally

Essential Knowledge and Experience
• Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience in account or partner management within an agency, consultancy or client-side organization
• Minimum 2 years of team management experience required

Desirable Knowledge and Experience
• Experience with OTT streaming or other digital subscription products a plus
• Background in global product expansion and multi-region/multi-language products a plus
• Previous experience with EU and Africa-based business partners/clients a plus
