Director, Hispanic Client Advocacy (Auto/Tech/Telco)


Reporting to the Vice President, Hispanic; Client Advocacy the Client Advocacy Director will be part of a team that cultivates the deepest knowledge of clients' businesses and translates that knowledge into innovative client-focused NBCU portfolio solutions. The position will support the day-to-day activities and partnership between the Client Advocacy, Client Partnership, Sales, Research, Data, and Marketing teams to drive revenue and grow our clients' businesses.

• Serve as part of the ''go-to'' expert team for key category insights and knowledge across Auto/Tech/Telco categories for NBCU Hispanic
• Research, build and develop deep understanding of relevant categories and their strategic issues, competitive landscape, potential disruptors, and new initiatives and effectively synthesize for broader team
• Develop and deliver compelling insights that fuel strategic innovation within the assigned categories in support of NBCU Hispanic team
• Utilize insights and research to develop new business and identify areas for growth including potential revenue/market share gains on existing accounts
• Collaborate with sales to capitalize on all growth opportunities
• Research, analyze and report on changing consumer behaviors & media industry trends
• Provide strategic sales positioning to differentiate the NBCU Hispanic and the total NBCU portfolio in the marketplace

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years in relevant experience (client, brand strategy, sales, agency strategy)
• Prior experience with Auto, Tech and/or Telco category strategy
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast paced, ''startup'', deadline driven environment
• Act proactively to anticipate and deliver on sales requests and client need
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent executive level presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately with excellent attention to detail
• Established network of agency and client relationships
• Thorough knowledge of sales, media and brand marketing process
• Strong knowledge of the digital marketplace
