Responsibilities
Overview:
The Regional Digital Mkt Director will ensure the growing and success of our campaigns by working at the intersection of business, technology, big data, analytics, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leads LATAM Regional digital marketing / communication strategy. Demonstrating a digital leadership mindset pushing innovation and transformation across the Region
• Support in digital strategy, evaluating the best media, videos, associations and electronic businesses to generate a strategic impact within the Region
• Publicity strategy overview and supervision
• Collaborate proactively with Distribution/Sales Heads and supervise efforts from the marketing side, ensuring information and insights are both effectively and timely used across the Region in the decision making and in key marketing processes such as strategy development, campaign and message optimization, buyer persona definition, customer journey mapping, etc
• Ensure maximizing the impact of all growth experiences by developing crossed strategies and alliances for promotions, publicity, influencers, platforms and social media
• Responsible to define, develop and grow the digital, offline and media plans/strategy for Universal across the Latin American region
• Define a long-term strategy for digital advertising, audience targeting, social communities, duel screen and digital channels
• Working with each of the territories to set expectations and goals defined in collaboration with London
• Overseeing key digital launches and reviewing performance KPI's in conjunction with London
• Develop the over-arching international digital media and data strategy, with a focus on ad tech infrastructure, campaign activation and reporting (Ad Tech roll out ecosystem)
• Responsible of creating synergies for blockbusters & franchises with the regional teams of the NBC divisions trough the Latin American social media channels

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years Marketing
• 4-5 years Digital Marketing (within Mkt)
• Familiarity with internet marketing's programs and latest trends
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Administration, Engineering, or equivalent degree/certificate
