Job Description

Responsibilities
The Digital Video Specialist will join the Digital team and be responsible for the day-to-day programming responsibilities for the Telemundo and Universo Apps. Review program performance across owned O&O platforms to implement actionable insights and give recommendations to the video programming team. The position will track trends to evaluate programs and strategies within developed KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Additionally, the Specialist will review dashboards and reports to educate the video programming team and help make data-based decisions. Additionally, the specialist will execute QA for O&O video platforms.
• Execute daily updates to Telemundo's and Universo's App
• Review metrics on content performance
• Have a strong understanding of brand messaging across all show verticals, pages, and stunts for quality assurance.
• Execute programming strategies to maximize viewership and engagement
• Maintain and distribute a weekly programming schedule
• Coordinate with various internal teams to gather content assets for publication
• Review all content to make sure updates are timely and accurate
• Contribute new content ideas to brainstorm meetings
• Participate in creating editorial plans

Qualifications/Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a media entertainment company in a strategy analytical role
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations and forecast results
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English and Spanish
• Experience coordinating efforts across various teams
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and a high level of flexibility and intellectual curiosity
