Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Coordinator, TV Music will be responsible for providing administrative and some creative support to the head of USG Television Music Creative Services and the department.
Essential Responsibilities:
• General administrative duties, including but not limited to, answering phones, scheduling and managing calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, compiling expense reports, and other general admin assistance
• Maintain airtable studio grids throughout the production cycle
• Real time maintenance of Production folders on shared drive (scripts, schedules, music breakdowns, crew lists)
• Provide ongoing research + management of composer/artist/management and licensor database
• Assist with development of department reports and databases
• Develop relationships and communicate with other departments as needed to move business forward
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience supporting an executive
• Experience with airtable
• Proficiency in Excel (including formula creation) Google Docs, Power Point
Desired Characteristics:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred
• Experience working in a high-paced and pressure filled environment
• Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated initiative
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a team environment
• Familiarity with terminology surrounding music for synchronization
Additional Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in Universal City, California
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States
• Willingness to work overtime, and if needed, weekends on short notice
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week
