Job Description
Responsibilities
The Coordinator, DEI Strategy and Analytics will support the NBCU Launch team as a key contributor focused on the measurement and analysis of DEI efforts. They will assist with data collection, tracking, and reporting of internal initiatives, partnerships, and NBCU content.

NBCU Launch works across the entertainment networks in the NBCU Television and Streaming portfolio-Universal Studio Group, NBC, Bravo, E!, Oxygen, SYFY, Universal Kids, USA, and Peacock --to cultivate, curate, and elevate the next generation of storytellers by giving underrepresented voices access to substantive opportunities in front and behind the camera.

Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Provide support to the Director and team in all research projects, including aggregating data and preparing decks for presentations
• Accurately and efficiently analyze complex sets of sensitive and confidential data
• Distribute research findings with other teams across DEI departments as needed
• Contribute and maintain all databases used for analytical reports and projects studio-wide
• Draft and circulate feedback and other surveys, compiling and presenting actionable insights
• Weekly tracking and reporting of industry initiatives and studies related to DEI
• Responsible for record keeping and filing of department reports on SharePoint
• Track and manage all updates for submissions (creative and talent)
• Administrative duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements and other duties as assigned
• Assist with planning and execution of internal initiatives by participating in screenings, selection process, and/or evaluation
• Maintain and update all materials for internal and external partnership engagements and activations
• Perform script coverage
• Participate in external and internal presentations and panels amplifying NBCU Launch programs and initiatives as required.
• Assist other department members as necessary

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years administrative experience
• 1+ years of experience in a media research or analytical environment
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numerical data and performing data analysis and reporting

• Interest in industry developments/trends and company news as it relates both DEI, production and talent within film & TV.
