Essential Responsibilities:

Analyze legal contracts and other documents to track all pertinent dates and deadlines across all NBC Universal TV platforms (NBC Network, Universal Television, Universal Content Productions, Universal Television Alternative Studio, Peacock, USA, Syfy ,Bravo, Oxygen, E!, First Run Syndication). Contracts to be reviewed include but not limited to term deals, talent deals, script development, distribution agreements, license agreements, and all forms of production related functions - producers, writers, directors and performers. High level and detailed data input in specialized databases requiring exceptional attention to detail.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business affairs administration, television experience at a studio or network preferred
• Work experience in a fast-paced environment with a demanding workload
• Good business judgment, discretion/confidentiality and self-confidence.
• Must possess exceptional computer skills

Eligibility Requirements:
• Willingness to work overtime and on weekends with short notice
• Must be willing to work in Universal City, California
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
