Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

The Kelly Clarkson Show is seeking an AUDIENCE PRODUCER. The Audience Producer reports to the EIC and EPs.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Manage live audience needs
• Work in tandem with 30 Rock Audience team to supervise audience staff/pages
• Outreach, promote, book and manage ticketing for show including maintaining general and VIP lists, and specialty audiences
• Seat audience
• Act as show liaison to general public regarding seating and show calendar
• Work with show security to anticipate and maintain audience conduct
• Coordinate audience giveaways, collect and process applicable paperwork for accounting and legal needs
• Other ad-hoc duties as outlined by Manager

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Teams and navigating the internet
• 3+ years prior television experience or special event work experience
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements:
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

In accordance with the production schedule, it is expected that this position will work about 40 weeks with an unpaid hiatus. The posted salary range is reflective of working for a full 52 weeks and will therefore be adjusted based on the actual schedule & weeks worked. In the event that the production schedule changes, you will be updated accordingly
