Job Description
The Universal Pictures Home Entertainment (UPHE) Release Planning Team oversees Transactional Film and Television Release Data Management, including PVOD, PEST, EST and VOD for Universal Pictures, Focus Features, Illumination, DreamWorks Animation and 3rd Party Studios. The primary role of the Associate will be to support day-to-day release planning workflows, managing input, integrity, and timeliness of release data. Additionally, the Associate will be responsible for licensing communication, along with the initial avail auditing for New Release titles across all retailers.
The Associate will support the Release Planning team in managing projects, implementing release windows & pricing strategies, and supporting system development efforts with the goal of creating process efficiencies. This role will also work closely with Business Operations, Brand, Account and Customer Marketing teams to foster alignment in managing release data across cross functional teams./
Responsibilities
• Manage consistency, integrity, and accuracy of Film & TV transactional release data (dates & pricing) for Universal & Competitive titles
• Facilitate licensing communication; oversee licensing timelines and release deadlines
• Audit and QC all data values in enterprise systems which are leveraged by internal teams. Ensure all data is reviewed for accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate with Brand teams to align on title release strategies and system data management
• Liaise with Business Operations on system development as needed
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
• Associates degree or a minimum of 1-year professional experience preferred
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Excel

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
