Job Description
Responsibilities
• Provide legal support for a portfolio of agreements primarily in support of NBCUniversal's Studio Operations, Sourcing, Facilities and Global Real Estate groups.
• Review, draft and negotiate agreements for the rental, purchasing and/or licensing of numerous types of commodities and services, including equipment, professional/consulting services, production services and other types of goods and services.
• Provide day-to-day legal support in connection with real estate asset management and studio operations, including review and negotiation of production facility, stage rental and location agreements.
• Manage a high volume of renewals, terminations and amendments for various contracts.
• Ensure consistent application of company best practices.
• Other matters at the direction of senior attorneys.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Law degree.
• JD and member of a state bar in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience for Associate Counsel and 5 years of experience for Counsel in relevant subject matter expertise.

• Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends as needed.
