Responsibilities
Role Purpose
NBCUniversal's Intellectual Property Analytics, Operations, and Technology (IPAOT) team supports NBCUniversal's content globally with four key areas: (1) developing more secure and scalable frameworks for Internet-based video distribution, (2) improving security technologies and processes in content production and distribution, (3) addressing voluminous copyright infringements on websites, apps and protocols, and (4) analyzing data to measure and understand the drivers of unlicensed video consumption on the Internet.

The Content Security Analyst will help the broader team to ensure that all the vendors that handle any of NBCUniversal's content have been assessed. Additionally, this role will track progress of the assessment and remediation process while keeping the relevant internal business customers aware of the status and risk.

Responsibilities
• Oversee the operational aspects of our MediaSeal encryption deployment, which include on-boarding of users, product support/troubleshooting, metrics gathering & reporting
• Collaborate with broader team on efforts around our 3rd Party Vendor Security program to include data entry, data analysis, security assessment tracking and remediation
• Coordinate and schedule security engagements with 3rd party vendors by following a defined assessment process
• Coordinate with internal security teams to develop remediation plans for each vendor based on assessment findings
• Regularly create metrics and reports for our 3rd Party Vendor security program using Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Maintain frequent communication and outreach with internal business units, 3rd party vendors and members of the Motion Picture Association and Trusted Partner Network organizations
• Review security assessments, record findings in reporting system, report out to the team on findings, and raise awareness of critical issues

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years' experience in the technology space, with demonstrated experience in content security arenas
• Minimum two years' experience managing data sets
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau

• Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
