Job Description

The Audience Growth Manager will be responsible for developing, planning and activating audiences across social, web, paid and CRM platforms. This role will also support consumer data strategy as it relates to first-party data collection, revenue tracking and attribution, data governance, and delivering campaign performance insights.

Responsibilities:
• Audience segmentation and media planning on 1st party and 3rd party platforms
• Development of tracking, attribution, and measurement strategies for paid media, CRM, and subscription campaigns
• Development of audience and product test plans related to 1st party data collection and campaign audiences
• Establishing data governance processes with internal business units and analytics teams
• Develop priority audience roadmap and ensure that requirement segments are developed and delivered to activation and analytics platforms on schedule
• Work with product analytics and business intelligence teams to ensure meta-data structure is consistent across platforms and landed in relevant environments
• Provide project and performance updates monthly and quarterly to stakeholders and internal partners
• Use analytics to identify and enhance testing opportunities, and maintain testing log of results and successes, so learnings can be compounded on future efforts
• Engage with Analytics to create necessary dashboards for reporting
• Create campaign postmortems to share with internal teams, as well as competitive research reports

Salary range: $75,000 -$90,000 (bonus eligible).

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, plus 4+ years experience data management, marketing analytics, or media buying
• Demonstrated experience developing audience segments on 3rd party and proprietary 1st party platforms
• Experience with mParticle, Merkle Merkury and LiveRamp is a plus
• CRM and direct-to-consumer marketing experience is a plus
• Familiarity with analytics and BI platforms like Abode, Domo, Tableau and Amplitude
• Strong presentation skills
• The ability to work independently and solve problems
• The ability to analyze and apply data to improve results
