Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Description

Responsibilities
• Manage AR collection of allocated portfolio
• Research & post payment accordingly
• Prepare monthly Agent Commission reports
• Assist with credit approvals
• Create and send Invoices
• Collection calls on past due invoices
• Prepare weekly cash reconciliation
• Prepare weekly cash roll-forward for unapplied items
• Prepare & process monthly Agent Commissions
• Various other tasks (ie; Audit requests, requests from licensors etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficient with Windows-based applications (Excel, Word)

Desired Characteristics
• Experience in a contract-based licensing business preferred
• Ability to work well with internal members and external customers
• Exhibit strong analytical, technical and research skills
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent data analytical skills
• Proven record of meeting posting deadlines
• Team player working with various internal and external stakeholders
