Job Description

As the Technology Service Analyst, you are the go-to person for computer hardware and software needs, providing front line user support for all of SNYs' desktop tools and technologies.
You are highly technical and are comfortable problem solving across multiple devices. You troubleshoot, respond to inquiries, and find solutions to technical challenges. You have a passion for sports, technology, computing, and the Internet, and care deeply about helping people. You will use your inquiring, problem-solving mind to dig deep and find the underlying issues to tackle challenges. Beyond the day-to-day, you will contribute to longer-term technical and non-technical projects and documentation efforts that support the people and technology that make SNY a success.

• Perform desk side visits and/or remote troubleshooting support using LogMeIn Rescue for all IT related issues.
• Deploy and install critical updates and venerability patches to production workstations
• Diagnose and resolve unique incidents associated with applications and/or operating systems; determine the source of incident and document within our ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Configure and deploy all SNY issued hardware to end users; this includes desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, Cisco VoIP desk phones , mobile devices, and other peripherals.
• Provide support for our Video Conferencing systems (Microsoft Teams, Zoom) and MediaPulse screens.
• Configure iOS and Android mobile devices using Intelligent Hub and Office 365 for e-mail and application access.
• Document procedures, standards, best practice configurations, settings, and installation sequences for team and end users.
• Provide training to users on all IT system related needs.
• Handle multiple IT projects including but not limited to PC rollouts/upgrades, software implementations and work closely with Engineers on projects as needed.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Provide necessary backup support when the Technology Services Manager is out of the office to keep constant business continuity workflow.

Basic Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in IT support.
• Knowledgeable and proficient with Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, iOS, Android.
• Basic Networking experience as it relates to desktop support.
• Ability to configure, upgrade and relocate PC hardware, software, and print devices.
• Ability to provide technical support over the phone.
• Able to effectively communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel.
• Demonstrate strong customer service attitude and demeanor.
• Ability to work within established standards and guidelines.
• Outstanding analytical/troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills such as: persistent, user-oriented, results oriented.
• Passionate and self-driven about staying current with technology changes.
