The Pricing & Promotions Analyst is an integral part of Sports Next's Revenue Management team. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting Pricing and Promotions strategy while also maintaining the integrity of revenue by managing policies, offers, and other discounts across the company with a data-driven mindset.

Job Duties
• Helps the business to exceed Sports Next's budgeted revenue goals for Golf and Youth & Recreational Sports.
• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of Golf promotions strategy and provide suggestions to further differentiate Golf brands through promotions and better align with unique customers' needs.
• Provide recommendations to the Marketing team and Revenue leadership to increase new golfer acquisition and increase the loyalty and engagement of existing golfers.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop coordinated pricing and promotions strategies that drive revenue and ensure the company remains competitive in the marketplace.
• Translate customer behavior findings into actionable revenue strategies and regularly provide color to upper management on key pricing and promotions performance metrics and trends.
• Develop models and performance reporting tools that enable the company to quickly identify and respond to changing market conditions and customer behavior trends.
• Recommend system and reporting enhancements to improve operational efficiency and revenues.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's in Business Management, Finance, Decision Sciences, Management Science, or a related field
• A minimum of 1+ years of Marketing analytics, revenue management experience or related field
• Strong critical thinking, business acumen, problem solving skills and ability to work through complex problems.
• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and Tableau
