The Plus Brand Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of all social media marketing campaigns for GolfNow Plus partners.

This position is part of a larger Marketing department and will work with an agency-style team on multiple projects simultaneously to meet product deliverables and Company goals. As the Plus Brand Social Specialist, you will be responsible for the flow of content ideation, strategy, publication, and reporting. Candidates for this position must be creative and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties
• Oversee and participate in the creation and publishing of social content across all platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other new or emerging platforms
• Perform day-to-day social media marketing activities such as campaign setup, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deploying one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven campaigns
• Create and maintain a social content calendar that contains content plans and activations
• Contribute to the brainstorming and ideation of promotional and creative content
• Collaborate with various parts of the larger Plus team to achieve department goals and objectives
• Analyze week-to-week, month-to-month, and quarter-to-quarter analytics and demonstrate agility in making content changes in response to the analysis
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to third-party platforms
• Develop creative copy for social media campaigns
• Ensure the quality of all social content, including scheduled and organic posts, as well as paid advertisements
• Assist in the development of marketing plans that will increase followers and engagement
• Provide support to the Plus Leadership team on all projects related to the position
• Develop a solid understanding of GolfNow's business and the GolfNow Plus Business Services products and services
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1+ year of relevant social media marketing experience
• Knowledge of social media marketing platforms (e.g. Facebook Business Manager, Sendible, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Basic HTML and graphic design skills
• Knowledge of marketing tactics and social media best practices
• Basic computer knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively toward a goal

• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of media and sports is a plus

Additional Job Requirements
• Must be willing to work in Orlando, FL
• This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
