Responsibilities
Role Purpose
The Consumer Insights Manager will be an analytically curious individual who will look to drive deeper understanding of sports fans to help drive business decisions across all facets of the NBC Sports Group. The role will report to the Sr. Director of Consumer Insights.
Job Duties
• Manage day-to-day for all primary research projects supporting the NBC Sports Group.
• Oversee the maintenance and development of NBC Sports' fan community.
• Responsible for overseeing the RFP process for new projects.
• Responsible for ideating projects based on business needs.
• Convert research studies into actionable insights in the form of executive summaries & presentations.
• Develops relationships with internal clients to understand and align with company priorities
• Ensures primary research at NBC Sports is state of the art and continues to evolve as sports fan habits evolve.
• Stays in the know on sports property viewership and consumption trends
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum four (4) years of experience executing custom market research.
• Proficiency in understanding media viewership and consumption trends.
• Demonstrated advance knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to work with a diverse group of people, including those working in different locations, holding various job responsibilities, and levels of the organization
