Financial Analyst, Local, Regional Sports Networks

Job Description

Responsibilities
• Responsible for full month-end close procedures
• Prepare and document monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations and analysis
• Prepare and record monthly manual journal entries and upload into the general ledger
• Analyze trial balance to ensure correct postings
• Manage the intercompany settlement process including Accounts Payable
• Assist local Finance lead with journal entries
• Assist in audit requests from external and internal auditors
• Assist with process improvement initiatives
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum one (1) year hands on accounting or finance experience, including internships

• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
• Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
