This position will be responsible for managing activation specialists and leads within the GolfNow product activation teams. The Director of Activation will ensure the execution and quality of the teams' performance focusing on timely, efficient, and high-quality care on GolfNow's suite of technology and products. This role will report to the National Director of Activations.

Job Duties
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach a group of directors and specialists focusing on activation and customer support of GolfNow's suite of products
• Partner with leadership to define and execute strategies
• Establish clearly defined goals, objectives, responsibilities, competencies, and development plans for each member of the team
• Optimize time-to-value for clients and consistently maintain reasonable timelines
• Drive adoption of all products sold to courses, including Platform, Technology, Payments, Plus, Answers, Premium Marketing, etc.
• Initiate a quality program to certify a high-level of care is consistently being delivered, utilizing NPS as the primary driving metric
• Implement strategic business initiatives to expand the range of offerings for our GolfNow customers

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, and at least 2 years of Sales & Marketing experience within an eCommerce-driven organization.
• Previous management experience of managing a team of 10 or greater
• Tech-savvy with the ability to communicate technical product features effectively and enthusiastically
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills required
• Ability to travel extensively as needed
• Strong team player

Additional Job Requirements
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older

• Previous experience with golf marketing/technology products strongly desired
• Proficiency in Salesforce strongly desired
