NBC Sports Bay Area is searching for a Digital Marketing Campaign manager to support and manage campaign activities. Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all the aspects of digital campaigns
• Order entry – enter all digital campaign orders in Operative One and ensure all items are running properly
• Work directly with Account Executives to ensure proper communications is met to understand all campaign parameters (what was sold, client expectations, reporting requirements, creative notes)
• Adjust orders based on campaign performance and/or AE requirements (i.e. extending the flight, changing impression goals, etc.)
• Reporting – pull digital video and display inventory for NBC Local Bay Area websites. Keep organized documents of available inventory and reply promptly to Digital Sales Manager for all inventory requests
• Be main point of contact for all national digital orders
• Keep close eye on streaming campaigns, adjusting for creative changes, optimizations, AE requests and more. Communicate these items to sellers and managers along with disclosing when available inventory exists
• Proactively suggest sellable digital items, focusing closely on available inventory
• Serve as main day-to-day contact for all Livestreaming and OTT/CTV campaigns (Spot On). Communicate with larger team on available inventory and maintain delivery for all campaigns
• Measure and report the performance of all the digital media campaigns (specifically focusing on web and live streaming campaigns but also assisting on podcasts, social media and branded content) as well as assessing them in sight of the goals that are to be met and optimized for overperformance
• Work in conjunction with research and digital content teams to understand daily/weekly/monthly digital metrics and communicate key findings to managers and sellers where applicable.
• Serve as lead communicator to Art Department for special digital ad units to be created
• Work in conjunction with Sales Marketing Coordinator and Web/Content team to ensure all digital/multimedia sponsorships are executed properly
• Update monthly digital dashboard with both revenue figures and historical/available impressions of sold items
• Work consistently in several programs: Wide Orbit, Free Wheel, Operative One and DFP

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• College graduate or equivalent experience including minimum 1-year digital advertising experience. Preferable work experience to be within an advertising agency or digital content provider
• Attention to detail is a must
• Strong written and oral communication
• Ability to be proactive and bring suggested ideas to management team
• High creativity with the ability to identify the target audience and create a digital campaign that will overdeliver
• Ability to create as well as maintain relationships with multiple internal departments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
• A desire to learn the digital landscape in its ever-evolving form
• Drive to take digital data and be able to interpret the numbers. The goal is to take those numbers and be able to tell the ''why'' or story of the campaign
