Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on all issues pertaining to NBC Sports Group's digital businesses, as well as the group's initiatives involving emerging technology and social media platforms
• Draft, review and negotiate digital and technology agreements, including master service agreements and related statements of work and service level agreements, as well as licensing agreements, online third-party ''click-through'' agreements and website terms of use for NBC Sports Group properties
• Counsel and support business and technology teams on privacy and data security issues in connection with the development of products, platforms, services and other initiatives involving the collection and use of consumer data, including advertising, marketing, customer experience, and related business and technology initiatives
• Draft, review and negotiate marketing services agreements and review related creative materials
• Counsel marketing teams on promotional campaigns, as well as contests and sweepstakes
• Present analyses directly to executives and management
• Responsible for working with client groups within the NBC Sports Group as liaison to the NBC Law Department, as necessary, to obtain guidance on legal issues relating to the above

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Law degree from top tier law school
• Member of a state bar in good standing
• Minimum three (3) years related experience at law firm or comparable in-house position
• Capable of providing practical legal advice to members of business team at all levels

• Experience in broadcast media or sports business, and/or new media and/or an understanding of television, cable industry and/or new media distribution businesses, a plus
