Coordinating Producer

Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Manage operations for event telecasts for 3 teams
• Book production trucks and technical crews
• Plan special equipment distribution
• Schedule remote score box operators on as needed basis
• Create fact sheets for each live event via filemaker pro software
• Verify world feed need offerings and needs (away and home)
• Maintain production/equipment distribution schedule
• Manage equipment rental
• Review Producer reports and act on any issues
• Assist other departments with special events as needed
• Finance
• Create target sheets for each live event
• Track finance and verify forecasts
• Process Invoices and expense reports
• Ensure payroll is current and submitted in a timely fashion
• Liaison with leagues, teams, and other departments as needed

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience in live events, including production management, vendor management, finance oversight and operations
• Project management skills, including organization and attention to details in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Experience supervising and/or managing financial budgets, with strong business ethics
• Proven problem-solving and interpersonal skills in a linear production environment
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and leadership qualities
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities in line with business goals
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be a proven collaborator and communicator
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Must relocate to the Bay Area year-round

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
