National Center for Safety Initiatives, LLC (NCSI), an NBC Sports Next company, is seeking a full time Client Services Specialist.
NCSI is an exciting, growing company with the overarching mission of eradicating harm in organizations and communities by providing background screening and risk management tools. Our target client base is sport organizations who serve youth and other vulnerable populations. We are looking for people who are detail-oriented, reliable and who share our passion to protect.
The Client Services Specialist reports to the Sr. Client Services Manager. This position requires working knowledge of the TazWorks system to effectively manage client and registrant inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional, and satisfactory manner. The position requires acute focus and the ability to navigate multiple support platforms simultaneously that facilitate the communication of pertinent information along the background screening journey.
Job Duties:
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries, issues and requests via email and phone with consistent, timely, and accurate information
• Responsible for amending processing instructions or system settings as required, or requested by Clients
• Assist Finance Team monthly to ensure proper billing for and collection of fees associated with background checks
• Follow through with addressing and/or escalating technical platform issues brought to our attention from clients or applicants
• Perform other related customer service duties as required and assigned by department lead or manager.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in a customer focused/customer service environment
Additional Job Requirements
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or must undergo regular COVID-19 testing if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.
• Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.
