As the Member Care Scheduler, the primary responsibility is to create and maintain the schedules of the Member Care team. Using our scheduling software, this role will balance the availability and resources against incoming requests to ensure service levels and tasks are covered and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in priorities or deadlines.

Job Duties
• Utilizing our scheduling software to plan and identify staffing needs.
• Create, maintain, and manage schedules for the Member Care team.
• Assist with attendance tracking including tardy and absences
• Review, approve, and track our employees' time off requests and leave of absences.
• Create and analyze reporting for forecasting to estimate scheduling needs
• Assisting with other administrative task and projects within the business.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements
• Scheduling experience
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize appropriately
• Professionalism in verbal/written communication
• Data driven decisions and analytical
• Microsoft Office skills with a focus on Excel

Desired Characteristics
• Salesforce platform knowledge
• Experience with Amazon Web Services
• Previous scheduling platform experience

Additional Job Requirements
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the Orlando office a minimum of three days per week.
