Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Set up new vendors and initiate vendor master data modifications in company's accounts payable system in accordance with financial policies and procedures
• Receive and process invoices for payment
• Liaise and communicate with internal and external clients
• Perform other ad hoc financial tasks (prepare and post journal entries, perform relevant account reconciliations, utilize SAP to run financial reports for Finance managers)

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Experience with data entry
