Overview:

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Global Marketing Strategy, the Vice President Global Marketing Strategy is responsible for developing, communicating and facilitating the strategy for Paramount's global film campaigns.

Responsibilities:
• Strategic point of contact for International Markets including but not limited to strategy development and communication, story pitches, content rollout cadence, and territory plan feedback. Lead title discussions on weekly territory catch-up calls.
• Ensures all global teams are clear on strategic direction of each campaign. Tracks strategy evolution throughout campaign and communicates to all teams to ensure alignment.
• Coordinates creation and maintenance of key campaign strategy documents and presentations for updates to various internal and external groups (international marketing guidelines, content rollout calendars, kick-offs, department meetings, etc.).
• Ensures marketing timeline on each title is maintained, tracks status on all initiatives, flags areas of concern, makes certain accountable teams have everything needed to complete.
• Presents marketing strategy to external marketing partners and agencies (e.g. media, promo, digital, retail) to encourage on-brand executions and collaborations.
• Coordinates asset launches and vital campaign moments with PR, digital, media, creative, and finishing teams.
• Responsible for filmmaker marketing presentations on assigned titles – timing, prep, goals, and the presentation, itself.
• Works with third-party participants, IP-holders, Licensors/internal licensing team, and alike partners. Duties include brand management, combined marketing executions, delivery pipelines, coordinating update meetings, and campaign communication.
• Talks to internal divisions (Paramount+, home media, music, etc), communicating key marketing campaign beats and needs, as required. Ensures smooth handoff from theatrical to Paramount+/home media via regular downloads.
• Seeks, identifies and carries out process and communication improvements to align the various marketing functions behind a focused strategy for our films; identify areas for improvement and work with teams to be more efficient.
• Supervises Manager of Marketing Strategy, works collaboratively with all other Strategy partners.
• Other special projects, as assigned!

Basic qualifications:
• 10+ years marketing/product/brand management in studio, agency, or entertainment marketing environment. Significant experience with International campaigns desired.
