This is a PERMANENT full time role based in SYDNEY or MELBOURNE

Enough about us! What you'll do as a Senior Payroll Officer:

As the Senior Payroll Officer you will be responsible for the timely and accurate end-to-end payroll functions of the business. The successful person will be fluent with regards to the end-to-end payroll process and show a strong understanding and ability to interpret EBA's & Awards along with an understanding of Australian legislation updates.

Functions will also include:
• Processing new staff and terminations etc. in ADP system
• End of Month reporting
• Responding to queries
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Assisting the National Payroll Manager on further rollout of ADP

What are we looking for in a Senior Payroll Officer? What's important?
• At least 3 years of experience working with ADP
• Proven experience in end-to-end payroll from source data and load to processing payments and EOM
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, ability to converse across the business with confidentiality and a helpful attitude
