Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement programming to meet the strategic goals for DEI, NBCU Academy
• Oversee the creation of editorial content for delivery across platforms for external and internal use
• Look at challenges from the client perspective to better understand and execute on amplifying the NBC brand across NBCU News Group, the company and our external partners
• Leverage industry expertise to scale and grow all our brands - news businesses, shows and products including NBCU Academy
• Direct strategic participation in events with partners from journalism associations, academic partners, community and other organizations.
• Assist SVP in developing foundation finding strategies and identifying potential partners
• Develop relationships, seek opportunities for strategic partnerships and execute those deliverables resulting in revenue and/or favorable brand positioning
• Drive the growth for marketing, public relations and communications for the DEI and custom production initiatives
• Manage on demand requests including but not limited to sizzle reels, decks and presentations for both internal/external clients
• Strategize editorial content and social media execution for nbcuacademy.com and our partners
• Supervise panels and trainings for both virtual and in person learning efforts championed by the DEI
• Collaborate with Director, NBCU Academy on content for course modules and campus learning
• Organize entry awards and other opportunities for recognition
• Engage in and lead efforts across brands to maximize collaboration

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy/business development or consulting experience in a similar capacity within the following industries: Media, Digital, Entertainment, Management Consulting
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
