Production Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for coordination of the Virtual Production team and resources to ensure delivery to and from Virtual Production stage.
• Track task statuses and milestones to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
• Responsible for working with technology and systems teams on-site to organize and monitor all set and stage equipment/hardware
• Attend creative reviews and take notes for distribution and prioritization of the team
• Assist stage crew in prioritizing work as needed
• Maintain reports for status of department or project as needed

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:
• Virtual Production knowledge essential
• Must have on-set mocap and virtual production experience
• Extensive experience in mocap, production/operational environments
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport and strong interpersonal relationships with production team and artists
• Proactivity and ability to demonstrate a desire for creating work of the highest quality
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience with a production tracking software strongly preferred
